Breakfast (8:15 AM)
  • pears and cottage cheese
  • corn biscuit
  • coffee
Lunch (1:00 PM)
  • left over broccoli cheese and rice casserole ~ 1.5 servings
  • 2 corn biscuit
  • water
Dinner (6:30 PM)
  • 3 Nathan's hot dogs - mustard, onions, relish, coney sauce
  • baked beans ~ 1.75 servings
  • diet Pepsi
Dessert (9 PM)
  • Coffee
  • Carrot Cake
